Are There Vitamins That Can Cure Acne?

We all know that the body needs the right balance of vitamins and minerals in order to remain healthy and to function efficiently and much has been published about the importance of eating a balance diet in order to ensure that our bodies get the necessary range and quantity of vitamins and minerals each day. One common topical prescription treatment for acne is Retin-A (tretinoin) which is derived from vitamin A and which acts to exfoliate the skin and reduce the build-up of dead tissue in the skin follicles.
